BCN Grand Inn

Service was pathetic, rooms are OK. One room did not have running hot water so a room change happened and the AC didn't work properly. Drinking water bottle was kept in the room. It had to be asked for. Entire Kuppam shuts down by 10 pm including the restaurant in the hotel, so getting dinner is a challenge. Parking is abundant.

I have never seen such worst Hotel/properly in last 10yrs. No Basic Emminites Even Tea or Coffee in the Room Service.... No Cleanliness of Bedsheet and Pillow covers. Rude staff including Manager Deepak. No House Keeping staff engaged,

Nice resort Food is also tasty. Phulka and all gravya ah nice. Biriyani also tasty.

TV is not working if we follow up continuously with no response. The bed shit and pillow are not clean. Service is very bad. I ll not recommended..

Very poor and pathetic service at this property staff are not trained issues such as hygiene, cleanliness are a dream to them.

Once room is vacated by the customer they have not changed their the bedspread not cleaned he both room and they have allotted room to me on 30.12.2024

It is one of the finest resorts with excellent room service at the outskirts of Kuppam. The food is really delicious and tongue savoury. Rooms are very spacious with luxurious facilities.

Rooms are very spacious and hygienic. I appreciate the maintenance.
