Rooms does not have any kind of Ventilation and the AC won't work, They will keep the AC ON but the thing is AC units are completely useless and needs to be replaced, they just deliver hot air instead of Cooling the room. We had to sleep keeping our doors Open due to the suffocation. Staff is friendly but of no use, since they are not fixing the issue.

Bad experiences with Rooms! The rooms have no ventilation, and the AC is completely ineffective. One of the worst experiences what we had. They have posted wrong pictures online to influence the customer but reality is completely different. Campus is very smelly and mosquito are eagerly waiting for you to welcome. Hospitality is on Toss, room cleaner are managing the show as manager are coming after 11 AM and till the time security Gaurd became on bower for this property and they won't allow you even if you have booking. According to local hardly 1 or 2 guest used to visit whomsoever coming there. At least family members are not going to stay over there. Don't know why make my trip promoted this property.

Worst experience nd it's even waste to give a single star to that resort.management was too rude,he was not even ready to answer us.I recommend people not to stay there,rather than staying at that resort it's very much better to have tent nd camp at the beach.the only one plus point to that resort is the beach,it's just by the side.they were not allowing the bookings that was booked from the Oyo.it's not upto the expections not even exceptions it's was not under consideration.the room is totally filled up with rats, mosquitos,dirty smell etc.the AC swing rotations are not working nd coming to fans those are only for the show purpose it doesn't have any usage.Coming to food nd staff they were really good.But the manager is really so ridiculous.its really not worthy nd the rating is 0/5.

I had a horrendous stay at Brindavan Beach Resort and Restaurant. The room was nothing like the photos--completely misleading! It was infested with centipedes, ants, and abnormally large rats, some nearly the size of a cat. These rats even damaged my luggage bags, which was beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, I rented a bike, and due to the resort's negligence, street dogs entered and destroyed the bike seat. I ended up paying an extra 3500 to the bike owner because of this. The resort took no responsibility for the damage. The way Oyo customers are treated here is shocking, especially compared to offline customers. The staff even took my rented bike to buy alcohol for another guest because the resort doesn't even have their own transport. And yet, the manager still has the nerve to call this place a "luxury beach resort." The bathroom was equally terrible--no shower, no geyser, nothing you'd expect from a place that claims to be luxurious. The taps didn't work initially, and when they finally provided one that did, the water was filthy, filled with black dust. The manager and staff are incredibly rude, arrogant, and only care about money. They insulted me even after I had paid in full and refused to fulfill basic requests. This place is just a plot of land with some huts crawling with insects--ants, rats, flies, mosquitoes, lizards, and other unidentified creatures. Despite all these issues, the manager had the audacity to call it a "luxury beach resort." I strongly advise against booking this place--it's a complete waste of money and an absolute nightmare.

Manager jeevan worst fellow, we are booked close to the sea view rooms but he denied to provide room, he sold the rooms with higher price, don't book in online especially Make my trip he is also not responding properly
