CPR Grand Hotel

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. They provided us pillows which are wet and also Blanket with holes... No Geysers in Any room. They provide TVs with out connection in all rooms... Damaged TV is there in one room... They told customer is responsible for this, and they collect the amount from customer with threatening... Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge.. Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Decent enough to stay. Safe and secure place. But maintainance could have been better. Interior design choice is poor. The reception staff are friendly but not as professional as we expect. The lift lobby is not maintained so well , its just fine. Lodge is located on main road and easy to identify. Sheets in rooms are not clean . The hotel is pricier than it should be. I must say 50% more. We get Better oyo rooms in the metro cities for half the price they quote.

Rooms are not cleaning, all rooms are A/c not working.

Very good rooms and best services like home they treat as family members nice to stay here

the hotel look good but it it has horrible service....it is too expensive, the washroom and not well maintained, there is no ventilation in the room or the bathroom and the management of the hotel are very good and will find every means to extract more money

Worst maintenance There is No entertainment like TV connection, bathrooms are very durty there is no proper pipe line connections and flush not working in wash rooms....

no star very bad service and rooms. Too much mosquito. Not hygien. Very bad experience

No cleanness, no hotel boys is there to help, extra pay for everything, worst experience , don't prefer this hotel.
