Good and functional rooms for a good price. All rooms are equipped with AC, king size bed as well as a well spaced washroom. Good for group bookings. A spacious common area with a dining table. It also comes with a tea and coffee machine.

Worst response from management we have booked rooms for our guest but they have given worst service saying that another party members have already booked before two months..and they have stating that our mistake which is a big fault..i suggest this is the worst rooms I have ever seen in kakinada,don't visit this place....WORST SUPERVISOR SAI they don't have coordination between them..... Don't believe positive comments they are fake... management people are also fake

Location is good. But worst service and worst stay experience. Irresponsible staff. The cleanliness and the ac functionality is a big challenge.

Booked this guesthouse via MakeMyTrip to accommodate guests and here is the experience: 1. Booked one club room & one single room for 5 guests. 2. Absolutely no response from the staff when we tried reaching them on phone. 3. Guests arrived around 9pm and were told that there's only one room booked for them and made them to adjust in 2 rooms telling them that they are making a favour by giving one more room. 5. Guests were repeatedly called and harassed to make extra payment by Manager Ramakrishna and his assistant. 6. When confronted in person by myself, the WhatsApp chat history clearly shows 3 rooms booked for 2 nights Stay for 5 guests. 7. Ramakrishna was rude, unapologetic after realising his mistake. 8. He ultimately conceded and gave additional rooms as per the booking, but the damage was done. This gives me a feeling that all the positive reviews here are managed and fake. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE.

As we had a marriage at Balaji function hall,we had taken Shubam bouquet as our lodge and we had not taken any service, every thing is fine.

Very neat and good rooms..safe locality..5 star rating is deserved... worth for money..
