Bad experience and no proper service as we booked through online. Rooms are not clean and bedsheets are very worst.

Rooms which we took are filled with Cigarette smoke... Property was good but no proper maintenance. Weirdest thing is we got only hot water from all taps which we can't even use for washing face as they are too hot , we made a complaint and waited for 2 hours but no proper response. Most disappointing factor which ruined our trip to kakinada , while checking out we were stopped for no reason . They said they got a call from local police . For 1 and hour local police irritated us for no reason. Checked our baggage, and hotel management is not even taking care of anything. Finally they said as we are non locals and they got a complaint from somebody so they stopped us. The way the hotel management behaved made us feel bad..... they need to make comfort for their guests but they didnt involve as we dint make any Issue there. suggest better stay away from this hotel if you are non local.

One of the worst hotel I visited..No proper receptionist..no resturant.. when we checked in the room alloted was not good TV not working..on top of that..we have to beg for basic amenities like..soap..towel ..water bottle . glass..etc .not recommended for any one ..

Rooms has a weird smell but seemed clean. Prices are a bit high compared to other hotels(realised it later).

Good place for stay...Good location..staff and owner very much polite and cooperative...spacious room.....Air-conditioned Room in reasonable cost.

No star for SR Grand specially kakinada ....One of the worst service i have been gone through , i request never visit this place ...they are charging similar to the 3star hotel , No water ,No blanket , No TV ...& Cost is way to high .

Available in main road so easy go
