The building and the rooms don't look like the pictures at all. Ironically though it is in the midst of residential apartments, it is quite deserted within the compound wall. My mother wasn't able to sit on the high bed, so she requested the guy for a chair...note this...she kinda even begged.."I'm old I just need one chair please" and the guy was like I can't help it mam...there were 2 chairs riggt beside him. AC wasn't working...I asked him a couple of times...he dint show... actually neither did he acknowledge that he was gonna come.....I just hoped he might.... He dint and he kinda gave a vibe where he meant " don't ask me too many questions ...I'll get angry" kinda feel. I was scared to stay there because of that guy. He literally dint say a harsh word but his looks were like don't bother me and he wasn't interested in helping us that much. Water scarcity was there when I used washroom, I had to fill bucket with water, to flush. Overall I felt like I paid them money but I was staying at their expense and I shouldnt hurt the boss with too many questions. Cherry on the top of the cake is that.... I dint stay there..I was only there for 30 mins... I requested for my 1000 bucks, he said boss will talk to my brother (as he was the one who personally booked as he had booked once earlier directly instead of OYO..their experience back then wasn't scary but just mediocre so he still booked again this time for us, as the hotel was nearby to our relatives house) about the money. They never called. I dont care about the money, they are clearly very bad people. Even if they pay me in like amonth, I will never forgive them for such worst hospitality. In a way I had paid for 24 hrs Ac room, stated only 30 mins without AC cuz the guy dint want to help with AC

We booked this hotel through oyo. Got the message from oyo that the booking had been cancelled by hotel management due to unforeseen circumstances, just before 04 hours midnight when we were on the way to approach the hotel. Worst experience with hotel and with oyo. Nowonwards We will never book oyo rooms. The hotel building also doesn't look similar as shown in the picture.

Very very very bad. Bad security .. Rude staff and foolish staff. Waste
