Sai Priya Residency

One of the best stays i have ever had.....best and budget friendly for bachelors... Spacious rooms.....but Not so recommended for couples or family.....

I would like to rate zero.....No SAFETY as anyone can walk in and out...no one questioning until customer ask them.. Poor reception manager in the night.. NOT FOR FAMILY STAY, only can use for couple of hours using people for timepass Rooms Smelling odour..not money worthy. No good service, not clean, not even changed bedsheets, pillow covers are used one with lots of black stains and most irritating spots, bathroom water leakage, no AC... Not suitable for solo, so obviously not suitable for FAMILIES.. Weak reception manager, no customer respect rather commercial, no humanity grounds and understanding who reached their hotel in the almost mid night..no courtesy or trial to retain Customer by reception manager or owner..rather some other person tried to convince... The hotel staff and make my trip together Made me sleep in the car by switching on my engine and AC, ofcourse it's worthy then hotel I booked..money I left with make my trip and hotel due to no refund on cancellation, SO DO NOT TAKE RISK... MAKE MY TRIP IS SUGGESTING/DOING MEDIATOR JOB/BROKERING BASED ON JUST PICTURES.... IN REALITY IT DOES NOT WORK... PLEASE DO NOT PAY IN PRIOR BY TEMPTING OFFER OF RS 50 TO RS100 SAVINGS FROM MAKE MY TRIP... VISIT HOTEL, ROOMS IN REALITY THEN YOU PAY THE AMOUNT PLEASE.. REALLY ONE OF WORST EXPERIENCE OF LIFE...

Good Service apartment. Reasonable cost close to Kakinada railway station, rooms are well managed and clean. Very clean washrooms, bed, each flat is of 3 master bed rooms. Only in house kitchen not available, so 1 star less.

I had booked by calling them. They have two hotels near by and they confirmed availability in Sai Priya. So I reached the address and found the name as SR executive. They asked me to walk 500mts for Sai Priya. When went there they said we got a group of tourist and hence we have given your room to them. And diverted me to SR executive. Again I walked back, and there they said a tarrif higher than what they cibfconfi over phone. I suggest not to take this hotel. They will make you fool.

We stayed the hotel on a business purpose,, this hotel served all of our needs. Approachable to most of the attractions. Near to the beach. All varieties of hotels nearby. Services could be improved. Good for business traveller's.

This is worst than a local lodge,bed sheets are stinking, I asked for another one they gave me a damaged one.Room with full of sand, I felt like walking in beach. Wonder is what they just cleaned my room before I enters.

Place was excellent for the price. They provided wifi, tv, towels, soap & new bed sheets. Room was spacious for 2 people.

It's Good locality as Bus stand and Railway Station near by Lodge and better to book through OYO App as we getting good reduction on Room Rent and for Tourists good option
