OYO Balaji Grand

Good place to stay. Staff were courteous. No room service though. Wifi facility available. Getting hot water was challenging but available. Overall a decent place to stay for a day. Found people smoking near the corridor window.

The property is registered on the Oyo app but when we reach *after payment* for check in, the hotel said that it is not an Oyorooms partner !!!

Receptionist is very rude and arrogant with his answers, didnt even tried to understand customer point of view when booked with OYO coupon code. He simply rejected our stay saying we cannot accept discounted bookings from OYO app.

Had a very bad experience. They were asking for extra money on arrival. Other customers had the same issue as well. They forcefully checked-in without collecting the ID proof which did not allow me to request for refund. It was literally a horrible experience after travelling for 12 hours by road.

Hotel is not at all good. It's beyond dirty. No maintenance. Even basic amenities are not provided.Owner and staff are very irresponsible and rude. Don't prefer even if you have no place to stay.

from last 4 days stayed here. room ok.but they switch off air conditoner minium 4 times.and if we call they will switch on.room service no.just average hotel.

Everything was good except the behaviour of the manager ! Giving one star because of the only reason he doesn't know to deal with the customer n was very rude with us ! Rest all are amazing !
