OYO 65421 Nakshatra Suites And Function Hall

The accomodation was not provided in the property I booked. The person by name Srikanth directed to a different property which was not having many facilities. No room service, no proper water supply, we have to request even for dust bins. Srikanth was rude in saying that no rooms are availble go the hotel I suggested or cancel. How can you expect the customer go around to find the good hotels after travelliong 15 hrs and reaching late in the evening. Some how we manged to adjust as there was no way out Please ensure that the properties you select maintain minimum standards As I stayed on OYO hotels earlier, this is my candid feedback

Rooms are Very Old in 3 rd floor, Some of the Rooms - No Keys available, AC is not Good and especially The Mattresses are very old and not well hygenic.

Nice clean and Staff is very excalnt good receving staff

Low price and Good room's House keeping and service also excellent reception also friendly staff

No wifi in the room. Toilet bowl not clean, water heater takes a lot of time to fill a 10 liter bucket.
