Hotel Srivatsa

Visited the restaurant with my family . Food is good at a reasonable price . My daughter had business meal which is like plate meals ....

good ambience in the hotel, Hygiene service was good, Overall excellent experience in srivasta but no car parking availability at the hotel, we should keep car at the main road, they not responsible for that..

The hotel's external appearance and overall maintenance were satisfactory. However, the rooms were not up to par. They were dusty, unclean, and had torn bedsheets. There were also flies flying around and a pungent smell in the room.

The food was very good but delivery is a little slow

Too crowded. A lot of delay in bringing the ordered food. Very much under staffed. No planning in supplying the food in its restaurant. Our patience would be put to the test. Very bad experience. Food is okay. Table cleaning is not done properly. They really need to sort the issues but they seem to be taking things for granted. They only care for filling their pocket but not providing a worthy service.

We booked two rooms here to attend a function nearby village. ||Salient features:|1.Property situated at heart of the city KAKINADA with max. possible standards of hygiene, good linen, effective faucets at washroom, toiletries and mineral water. |2.One more advantage is well connected with Kaustubh restaurant which us one among top 10 vegetarian restaurants of city. |3. Staff well trained and smiling front office has given an absolute delight by expediting fast. Fast check-in & checkout. |4. 100% value addition for tariff. Room cleaning staff so punctual and well maintained post cleaning room is well satisfied.|5. Front office interaction with one lady & one aged gentle man both are guest friendly and expediting quick check-in & checkouts as we are thankful for their pleasant welcoming.||Scope for improvement:|1. Could be illiterates, but room boys who are ready near front office need to improve their language to not irritate guests. Since there was no room supply of news paper my son taken from front office as room boy rudely says you need to bring back, how much time it takes, what is your room number etc.|2. Room supply of food & beverage is doing only Kaustubh restaurant opening timings but in late noon etc. even no coffee is not being interested to serve by getting from some other place.

The rooms are clean but the towels and bedsheets are very old and some bedsheets are torn. The female receptionist at the desk can be polite, she can try to be more friendly and talk with some manners instead of behaving as if she is providing free services. Same goes with the house keeping head. The boys were helpful and room service was decent enough. Room service is available from 730 am till 330 pm and again from 5-530 pm till 930-10 pm. There is no hot water in few rooms but they say there is 24 hr availability. Ac was not working. WiFi connectivity is okayish. There is no parking as such and all the vehicles are parked outside the premises but we were told there is parking while enquiring. It is located in the main area of Kakinada with near by restaurants and shopping, which is good.

Ambience is ok... But some services have to improve... No hot water in the morning time even after many requests.. tv also didn't work for a day.. AC is also less as room size is big.. over all ok but not fully satisfied
