Hotel O Coastal Inn Luxury Service Apartments

I was already staying here for 3 days and was informed that extension by a day will only be done at 11am. When I requested and extension at that time, the hotel refused booking without any explanation or prior notice leaving me to search for a new place.

Worst experience everrrrrr Don't even search for this place Ac is just for show it's not working and the bathroom is veryyyyyy dirtyyyy and bed is like a rock and the smell OMG veryyyyy nastyyyy DON'T COME HERE

I'm not sure how Oyo manages to keep these swindlers in their hotel chain. We reserved the room for four days. When I finally arrived at the Oyo hotel, they informed me that all rooms were occupied and that they were acting very irresponsibly and recklessly. Finally, I had to book another hotel for the same day at a higher price. If you book a room through Oyo, you will unnecessarily overpay because Oyo's service is poor and their hotels provide poor customer service. My experience with this Oyo hotel was extremely negative and disrupted my entire stay. My sincere recommendation is to avoid booking in this Oyo hotel and also Oyo bookings. My rating will be..0.1/10.

They charged extra amount for staying..The management is very bad, they are very rude persons. better to stay other rooms.. they are not give the respect to the customers.. I had felt bad experience with them

Rooms was good but maintenance is too bad, extra payment also asking. Response was too worst. Don't go anh one.
