Hotel Lotus Park

Initially I booked this hotel for one night stay for my family but after seeing all the reviews in Google, I cancel this hotel but anyway I have seen the hotel from the outside while crossing in that wrote the hotel looks very good from outside. I have no idea about the inside and the staff behaviour there. But as per my understanding through the Google reviews, they won't accept the online booking De Layi then his state to take the bookings from online.

Super room and the responce to people was amazing .

The rooms are fine. The service and cooperation are very bad. Pricy option. Not so worthy of you book it at the counter. A good option only if booked online for the pricing of 1800. The hotel management is very bad. They say you have a complimentary breakfast fast but if you don't take the coupon you cannot avail it and need to pay of you eat the complimentary breakfast. The management rules are very bad and non cooperative.

This hotel was no more named as Hotel Lotus park , named has been changed due to change in Management . Rooms are not so great and are in Ok Ok kind , best suitable for Budget stays , Taste of food was good and quantity was also good , cost wise also nominal not so higher when compared to the taste of the food . Service was poor , it took minimum 40minute's even for a soup

I particularly have a horrible experience with the Lotus Park hotel and their Staff. We were demanded extra payment, which made zero sense and he couldn't even give us a policy one which he was asking for the extra amount, even after booking the room for two full days. PATHETIC service and hospitality by the staff here, Mr. Venkat the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional! And he has challenged me to write a review. The geyser doesn't work, the shower doesn't work, the pillows are dirty and have no covers, the room reeks of cigarettes(although they say non smoking zone), TV doesn't work, lights are flickering and he has zero accountability for any of it and when asked about all these he has no answer.

Now it is Changed to Green Park Elite name and latest management don't have proper training manners and behaviour to behave with customers and when you asked about bill then they will say it's not possible and discounted price of 2500 otherwise it's 3300 plus tax, and if talk facts then they will talk rudely with customers like its Local MLA MD hotel something like Blackmail Don't expect invoice, Online clearly it is showing booking amounts but these people don't accept that Worst experience, I've been staying in this hotel almost from 6 years, Yearly 2 times when it was Lotus park I got all the invoices still For safe side I had all the video recordings and Audio conversation with the employee with me and I had handed over to various social media influencer's as well It's fruad and black money people working there That's why they don't mention records accordingly I request some higher legal officials go through this Worst experience at there They told this hotel is only for business people not for families We stayed for 10 plus days due to family emergency purpose Previous management which is Lotus park it was well mannered people

The amenities, as advertised, did not live up to expectations. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and frustratingly slow, making it difficult to conduct necessary business during my stay. |No restaurant and no room service.

It is near bhanugudi junction. Rooms were clean and neat. Reasonable pricing. Service is also good.
