Hotel Arka

Please don't book this hotel. All rooms are Termite infested. Needs complete renovation. Worst experience

Arka hotel is one of the budget friendly hotel in kakinada city. This hotel was located in the heart of the city hence it has an advantage of location. Coming to rooms, they are very well planned and built but they are very poorly maintained which makes us feel horrible sometimes. We can see lot of mosquitoes inside the hotel room singing around us which spoils the sleep. Service also not considerably good , even the front desk employees were absent sometimes especially during breaks and lunch hours , we have to wait till they resume the duty after the break

The hotel we stayed in had an aesthetically pleasing building. The services offered were adequate for a comfortable stay as well. While the menu in the restaurant was great, the food was just decent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a good budget option

location was nice.Rooms wear not good.It smells too bad and their us lot of sand in the room.Mosquitos was too hight.we have to kill them without sleeping at night.service was also not good.Their is no bike parking we have to park it only outside the residency.washrooms was too smelly and sticking.overall for that price the hotel was not worth.But the city view was good

It is a good hotel at Kakinada town. ||||What I liked:||||1. Location is very convenient as it's located on the Main Road. ||2. Check in & Check out were easy & quick.||3. Room size is good.||4. Mattresses & Pillows are comfortable.||5. Bathrooom was clean and well appointed.||6. WiFi speed was good.||7. Breakfast - Though very limited options but the food was tasty. From live section, I had a Paserettu ( Green Moong Dahl Dosa) on one day and an onion Dosa another day. ||8. Restaurant - I took dinner in the attached restaurant, ordered north Indian dahl, Curry and Naans. Food was reasonably OK.In a town where almost nobody understands Hindi, this was more than acceptable food.||||What needs to be improved:||||1. Room Service - They took 1 hour to deliver 4 glasses of Soda Lime and even after this delay they mixed up the sweet and salty ones, nobody got what he ordered.

I went on an official trip to Kakinada for four days during 16th - 19th Jan.'2015. The entire experience, right from the booking, to check-in, services, amenities, food, stay, to check-out was remarkable. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. Food available in the Hotel Restaurant was also good. The rooms were hygienically clean and spacious, making the stay experience really remembering one. I would like to thank the entire team of Arka, especially Front Office Manager Mr. Dharma Teja, for making my stay comfortable and would say that the Hotel is outstanding in every aspect. Overall a really comfortable and value for money deal...

It was very good experience at hotel Arka. Nice neat and clean. Reception people are very nice. Bathroom is very clean. AC and room lighting and other stuffs like beds are very good. Very nice house keeping staffs. In the middle of city and on the main road also so no communication problem.

A decent place to stay for a night but a lot of scope for improvment. We had to call for ac not working and small things. Other than that it is alright. Was there with family and friends for a night and it was comfortable. Placed by near to bus stop and at the center. This hotel doesnt provide food though and thats one disadvantage.
