It is one of the very good hotel at kakinada the port city. The hotel is very spacious and rooms are quite big. Huge lobby area and open spaces makes this hotel really great to stay. The rooms are full with contemporary furnitures and gives nice sleep quality. With its large club it's ideal for organising a meeting or an event. Food quality is good.

Stayed at this property for over 3 weeks while working in the city.||First mention to the very good staff. Right from the reception, to the doorman and the room service as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff, every one was very good and professional.||Rooms are fairly big and well appointed. Had an issue of power failure a few times during the night, but same was rectified quickly.||Sleep quality is good, although sound proofing inside the rooms can be improved.||The property is also a club, so it has pool, tennis and gym, timings for room guests need to confirm with the front desk.||Food is quite good. South indian food during breakfast was prepared well.||Location is central and malls, shopping centres are fairly close.||Definitely recommended for a visit.

The rooms are very clean and the lobby is very nice . I stayed here for a business purpose but did not expect the rooms and the place to be so well equipped. It is centrally located. The breakfast is limited but pretty good. Try the Pesarattu . HOME BITES sweets is walking distance from the hotel if you want to buy local sweets . It is very clean and has fresh stuff. The bathrooms can be re furbished a bit if they want to make it a commercial place.

Wouldn't stay here if had a choice, have stayed in 3 others in kakinada and all alot better. I have a pretty good idea of this as stayed here on and off through company for 2 years and sorry to say its def got worse. Stayed all over world and never know a manager to be so rude and helpless. Now 6 days no ac... managers tells u in 1-2 days when seemingly wont be fixed for 2 weeks more making it 3 weeks. The hotel stay are friendly enough and try to help, but hands are tied. Rooms are dated but you can be lucky to get a half decent one.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights starting from 8th to 10th January 2016. The hotel entrance was great. The rooms decors, toilets, linen are terrible. I have approached the hotel manager. This gentleman rather than accepting mistakes and liability challenged me and taken the hotel rental for two nights. This was very very expensive by any standards. Even the Hotel owner Mr Gopalkrishna is not around.||||I am terribly disappointed with the quality, hygiene and rental prices. I will never go there and i wouldnt let my dog to stay there.

One of the best club in the whole district, easily located from kakinada railway station & bus station. Accommodation is excellent, food is also good, few improvements can be done by keeping separate smoke areas and follow it. Overall a nice peaceful place to visit but membership is a must itseems

Property is good. Need lot of attention on food. Especially during lunch and dinner. Need to add more vegetarian dishes and items to the menu

The hotel is terrible in every meaning of the word, decorations are horrible, housekeeping and up keeping of the place doesn't exist. Don't recommend to anyone.. I stayed here couple of times for an official visit to Kakinada and the experience was very bad, rooms are not clean, used bedsheets with human hair on them, toilet is filthy.
