Even this one star is unworthy for this hotel .Every rude behaviour by the management especially the watchmen and receptionist

Worst management dont have proper training mannaers and worst and rude behaviour with customers money minded management not worthy

Now it is Changed to Green Park Elite name and latest management don't have proper training manners and behaviour to behave with customers and when you asked about bill then they will say it's not possible and discounted price of 2500 otherwise it's 3300 plus tax, and if talk facts then they will talk rudely with customers like its Local MLA MD hotel something like Blackmail Don't expect invoice, Online clearly it is showing booking amounts but these people don't accept that Worst experience, I've been staying in this hotel almost from 6 years, Yearly 2 times when it was Lotus park I got all the invoices still For safe side I had all the video recordings and Audio conversation with the employee with me and I had handed over to various social media influencer's as well It's fruad and black money people working there That's why they don't mention records accordingly I request some higher legal officials go through this Worst experience at there They told this hotel is only for business people not for families We stayed for 10 plus days due to family emergency purpose Previous management which is Lotus park it was well mannered people

Rooms are good but very badly maintained. Bedsheets are dirty and smells bad. Pl remove 'Elite' from your hotel name.

Value for money..rooms very clean..nice service... restaurant in top floor 5/5

Peace full place and good communication for staff.. staff so friendly...
