The front desk reception, in particular Mr Saleem and Ms Panisha, were very welcoming and helpful with my requests. Thank you in particular for assisting with printing my daily work report. The restaurant team, led by Mr Suvabrata and with great positivity from attendants such as Priya, Barsha, Sinha, Pinky and Sumeetra , was very gracious and attentive whenever I took my meals and were very patient even when I arrived late or remained past the closing time. The chefs (like Ramana on the dosa) do an incredible job with the dishes. My morning masala dosa and omelette washed down with traditional Indian filter coffee were a highlight. The housekeeping staff were also generous with leaving snacks at my door and taking care of my laundry at very short notice. Special mention also for changing my faulty office chair. I didn't make any request, they took the initiative to do this for me. The gym and pool area manager was also kind and helpful. If I didn't mention a specific name it is only because there are so many wonderful staff at the hotel to keep track of. Overall it was an enjoyable week. I look forward to seeing this great team again during my next visit. Well done!

Good stay. Excellent service changed my opinion a lot. I am very grateful for this enjoyable stay, especially the restaurant service. I did not expect it to be this wonderful and diverse. I found everything I wanted and I thank team alot for there wonderful activity and fulfilling requests in a distinctive way.Manjusha ,Rama,Prasanthi,Namratha,and pawan wonderful team in reception and make your stay much better i do appreciate their great efforts that they provided. An amazing and a comfortable stay....all thanks to a wonderful and a very warm and a professional set of team ,right from the front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff ensuring every requirement is met making your stay a memorable one. The cookies from their in house bakery along with the breads and other bakes are too yummy. The breakfast and dinner buffet along with the live counter serves an amazing delicious spread. Lunch is a- la -carte and the portion size is value for money. Definitely recommended.

By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many 4 star hotels around the world. The hospitality is good, white glove service food menu is good, breakfast buffet is good/nice timings and variety, rooms and hotel are very clean. Room cleaning provides plenty of drinking water and some snacks. There is a nice pool and rooftop that is enjoyable when the air quality is good. The gym was empty and equipped with water and snacks so I enjoyed that as well. The spa is pricey but was an enjoyable experience.

Every minute thing in the room shows the commitment of the Management to give its best to its customers, from soaked almond to toothpaste in a paper sealed design. Every inch of my stay felt me to make it confirmed of my next visit with my family. I wish all the best for the management to come up with such good environmental free ideas.

We have satisfied excellent . Everything was so perfect food and room. Also receptionist staffs are so helpful specially ramalakshmi & Sumana. We will suggest in Kakinada this is the best hotel . Next also we will try to visit this hotel . Staffs are really good.
