The restaurant was also dirty and the tables were sticky and unclean. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, there was no effort made to rectify the situation or make it right. Overall, my experience was extremely unplesent the staff was also rude and didn't want to clean the rooms the washrooms were pathetic and very dirt i would noo recommend anyone to stay there

Pathetic, very rude reception old man. He dint show the rooms before but once aftr v dint like d rooms coz of washroom n smell in d corridor. Hes not ready to return our amount n was rudely argueing.

Waste residency Their staff and owner behaviour is very rude They don't know how to talk to people They will not respond quickly when we get problem They will take more money Don't trust this residency They are fake

Nearby RTC Bus stand. Rooms like 3 Star ambience. The staff is very cooperative. But they need to maintain house keeping. In rooms there is so much dust. For a short stay Okay .

Rooms were neat and clean and spacious. Service was wonderful. Location is very near to the center with hotels and food restaurants

There are so good facilities of water. Customer get hot water and cold water 24 hours. Their are genretor have so when the power goes down then you get not off ur fen and ac. Bed sheets are also clean and blanket also clen. Reception services is to much good. Bathrooms are clean. T. V quality is amazing wordrobe is new maked.floring colors nd furniture are new. In the chairs are so comfortable. Pop is makes room more attractive. Room bell is working properly. At the end dwarka hotel is best for stay at kakinada.

My straight review: An auto driver person brought to this residency and joined for 1 day, and second day vacated, even though i paid for two days. AC not worked after power cut, i opened windows and adjusted.Power off frequently seen in one day.Hot water is just normal, Dust under bed, AC Remote is out of usage.Lift used by workers than us. GST amount also taking separately, One water bottle supplied but filled with common water. I would rate 2/5.

Room infrastructure is good and clean containing double cot bed,2 cushion chairs, TV.Attached bathroom is clean but commode set is separated .As I stayed there in summer I could rest only on bed where fan is present on top.I could not recline on chair,sweat is unbearable in non AC room. Room freshener is absent so cigar smell can be sensed.Window air couldn't nutralise it
