De Crown - De Alphabet Luxury Hotel Kakinada

I had a wonderful stay at "De Crown". The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

This Hotel that I stayed for two days was very comfortable and clean. The Service they offer is very good that I didn't feel any discomfort to get things done. The food is very tasty and also the location it was situated is very peaceful that doesn't have any disturbance from surroundings. Overall I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel.

This hotel seems like a major disappointment. The 4.8 rating is probably inflated because I'm not sure if the reviews are genuine. The rooms are tiny, and the restrooms are even smaller and poorly maintained. The service is terrible. I waited an hour for a bedsheet, but none came. When I asked about it, I got no response. This is a huge oversight, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for families. The only good thing is that the women staff was helpful, but the men staff just sat around at the reception with service staff.

Stayed here for 14 days. Had a wonder experience. Best part was they allow outside food and it comes directly to your room.

Rooms are clean and tidy and I was mesmerized with the aroma and taste of the dishes that been served in this hotel and became huge fan of it. When the discussion comes to Environment, it literally resembles heaven for me because of the Architecture, design and peaceful nature that was being maintained.

Had an excellent experience at this Hotel. The serving , servicing and staff behaviour was exceptional. And the rooms very up to the expenses. Really Enjoyed staying here. Will definitely come again.

Not quite what we had expected. Had booked two rooms. One room had complementary items another didn't have. One room had proper bathroom door, another didn't have. The bathroom door won't close, if closed will not open. 2nd room we had was not up to the mark. Both room TVs not working. Had asked for side by side rooms but didn't get that either even after booking 1 month before. Had asked for travel desk help for booking cab to train station. Got ditched at last minute. Had to make other urgent arrangement using rapido at the last minute. Reception Staff not dependable. Could have missed the train due to this. Worst reception staff. I was travelling with two small kids, wife and my old mother and lots of luggage. No one came to get the luggage from room at check out. Not worth the money.

"Terrible Beds - Do Not Book This Hotel" I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The beds were the worst I've ever encountered - hard, lumpy, and incredibly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a pile of bricks. After just one night, I woke up with back pain that lasted for days. If you value a good night's sleep, avoid this place at all costs. The purpose of a hotel stay is rest and relaxation, but this hotel fails to deliver the most basic requirement: a comfortable bed. Until they invest in better mattresses, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your back - look elsewhere!
