Blue Homes Hotel

Ok OK. Washroom is slippery. Room is spacious enough good. But bit costly in the town. It is placed in the centre of kakinda, from railway station nearly 3 km. For bustsnd 1/2km. Near hotel there is no food courts availble.

At this hotel name is Mayuri Grand Good for short stay. I stay here for one night. Staff is good rooms are small in size. Room are clean but washroom is not clean. Hot water is available.

Had a really bad experience with this hotel. There were multiple incidents that happened here. 1) when I checked in the hotel, the boy who accompanied me to the room tried to touch me inappropriately, at first I thought it was a mistake, but he started to ask me if I was married or not and all that he shouldn't be asking, when I said ok and thank you and gave him a tip so that he may leave, but this guy refused to leave and kept standing. He then tried to take my belt off on which I asked him to leave the room. Next day I informed the reception about the incident and told the whole story. But this boy went ahead and when he bought tea he asked if I had any sexual content on my phone so that he can see, I said no and asked him to leave, on which he directly asked me if I wanted to have sex with him. Disgusting . This the reason that you should avoid going to this hotel but wait there is more. 2) When you try to sleep there are bed bugs on bed and a weird smell is there in the room that makes it difficult to sleep. 3) I have to travel for a longer period of time because of my work and so I often give my clothes to laundry in hotels only, and did same with this hotel gave 3 pair's of my clothes to laundry room boy took my clothes and when next day when he came back to give me the clothes the clothes were not washed and were just ironed, and I think so that also by the boy only not the laundry service person . This was the other boy as I had told reception not to send the first boy. When I told him the clothes are not washed so for what did you take the money for, he then started pretending and checking the clothes and cursing the laundry person for not washing the clothes, I asked him that I want my money back so he said half money I'll give you and he gave only half of it. Please avoid this hotel, there is one right next to it Dwarka which seemed pretty professional and clean. these people took 900 for an extra night stay which I paid because I made mistake by not asking how much will you charge for the extra night non AC room. You will get AC room at a lower price anywhere in Kakinada and a better service too. Strongly not recommended and would also ask Goibibo to put down such kind of hotels from their website. the main advantage is nearer to rtc complex .we stayed her for one night.room is ok.staff has to improve their behaviour.bath room is ok.it is nearer to cinema halls .share auto facility out side hotel avliable frequently.

Nice hotel.. Price is little more ... Better book the same hotel with apps(gobbibo ,make my trip) it will get cheap prices

Good hotel for big conference meets.. but parking space less..Even it's a good place

Worst stay.. never I had ...Dirty rooms... bathroom worst..no basic eminities like water.. No maintenance..it is service apartment...not satisfied..worst experience..

The rooms were very dusty , AC was not working properly ,linen was unclean and switchboards were open some places with wires hanging out.The water glass was also not changed and left dirty from last use.Even after booking in advance the room alloted to us was not checked for cleanliness.The location of the hotel and the solar heater providing hot water throughout the day are the only positives I found for staying in this hotel.
