I had a lovely stay. The team was very courteous and went out of their way to assist us. The location was ideal, and they were accommodating to our requests, which made our experience even better.

Modern clean rooms and bathrooms Excellent air conditioning Cosy rooms with noise cancellation Excellent staff Decent good food available at in house restaurant Breakfast was a bummer, should work on that. Other than this its the best place to stay in kaikaluru. Kudos to staff and team. Thank you

Stayed there for 2 days, usually in hotels they charge for every 24hrs and so they will provide water bottles, bathroom items in other hotels. But here they didn't supply anything like that and when comes to service no one cleaned up the rooms. At the time from check-in to check-out no one did any cleaning of our rooms. Food: Quality is good and quantity is more which is why I had a food only once. I felt guilty of wasting food where it was more in quantity. Wifi: It is very good in coverage

Beware: Unprofessional and Unsafe Experience especially for Ladies at Comfort Inn Kaikaluru My recent stay at Comfort Inn Kaikaluru for my brother's wedding turned into a nightmare due to the irresponsible service and behavior of the staff, particularly the receptionist, Rama Krishna, and the hotel owner. Despite booking rooms for multiple days and paying an advance amount, for my brother's wedding., we faced severe mistreatment when we returned to retrieve keys that our guests had left for safekeeping. The receptionist RamaKrishna claimed we had checked out because we had left our keycards with them, refusing to return them despite our valid booking for the remaining day. Rama Krishna's rude and nonsensical behavior escalated the situation, leaving us feeling insulted and disrespected. Furthermore, the hygiene standards in the hotel's canteen were shockingly low, with guests finding cockroaches in their food. When we raised this concern, the receptionist's sarcastic response was dismissive and unprofessional, he just said in his actual words that things like these are very common in restaurants showing a blatant disregard for the well-being of their guests. The most alarming incident occurred when we refused to pay the remaining dues until our concerns were addressed. The receptionist and even the hotel owner resorted to threatening tactics, including locking our family members, including ladies, in the rooms against their will until we complied. Overall, the lack of professionalism, hygiene, and safety measures at Comfort Inn Kaikaluru made our stay not only unpleasant but also deeply concerning. I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment and urge others to seek accommodations elsewhere for a safer and more respectful experience.

The ambiance was good, located beside the kamineni hospital. The starters were really good and the soup also tasted good, but the biriyani was below average and overpriced. I tried natu kodi biryani It cost nearly 450 , chicken was not cooked properly Next I tried chicken fry biryani it was a little bit spicy and full of pepper... The staff was friendly and the maintenance was good, Classy restaurant in kaikaluru No parking available for restaurants...we have to park at side Ally

We went for a family gathering and had no good experience. We did book a conference room for an event. It was good but they charged 5000rs per an hour. I felt it was costly. Post the event we ordered mutton biryani for entire family and chicken fry. We had a pathetic experience with mutton biryani as it was very very very spicy and no one ate it properly. In fact the next day we had to consult doctor due to heavy acidity and stomach infection. Even the second dish chicken fry as well not up to the mark. Cost if one mutton biryani is 410 rs. I won't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. If you want to try.... Face the risk.

Rooms are very good and specious. Food are very delicious.
