All rooms are extremely bad. Water Heater not working . Some room fans,switches, bathroom locks nothing works. Pillows are so dirty.. Without some basic amenities they charge very premium room rates. There is no generator too.Not at all worth the price.

No proper maintenance, washroom cummods are not cleaned properly, blanket pillows are not washed.

Nice and decent rooms available here for staying and reasonable price very near to bustand and railway station too

The fan regulator was not working. They were unable to provide a different room so we had to leave.

Mohan Grand is located very near to the RTC Bus stand. And also very walkable distance to Restaurant, Apollo Pharmacy, ATMs, Mobile shops and other things. Hotel starts from 2nd floor. Bank is located at 1st floor and parking available at ground floor. The building has lift facility. Rooms are clean and service need to be improve. Rented vehicles are also available in front of the hotel. Sound pollution is more here due to the highway. Very crowded area and sometimes more traffic.

Worst maintaince. No services. And responsibilities for room services. Don't come here for any stay. And there is no security cameras too. We can't garentee our ornaments and families too.

Pathetic guest service. We had booked four rooms for a family of eight. We could see some rats roaming around in the room. When asked about the rats, the reception said that it is extremely common and should be ignored. Geyser did not work in the room. The toilets were stinking and were poorly maintained. Duvets and bedspreads were not clean and had brown stains on them. At night a scourge of mosquitoes sucked our blood. There were no mosquito repellents. Will not recommend.
