First and foremost one of the worst hotel i have ever visited,mentioned point wise below 1.very rude staff especially those hindi room boys they don't know telugu and they are not responding at all & very rude with behavior this is very serious concern to customers who are visiting the people.my suggestion to change the staff otherwise shut down the hotel. 2.They charged me around Rs 3,300 for 3 people air conditioner not worked when I asked about same thing no response from their end & hot water also same issue I will give rating -2,My sincere request to all dont visit this worst hotel save ur money & peace of mind.

Good pillow is very soft and clean ...|Staff nature is very soft and good behaviour |And also maneger is king and good heart|The washroom and rooms are very clean |This is nice and beautiful place with go to family and friend and couples..... Jiiiiiiii

Rooms are good but reception people are rude. I feel most of the reviews are paid reviews.When I asked for entertainment channels they are denied and talking very rudely... And for hot water we have to waste atleast 3-4 buckets of water to get hot water. I don't recommend this hotel as they are not customer friendly.

Presently we are staying in this hotel. From past 2 days T.V is not working. Very rude behavior by front office personnel who are from Bihar. When we ask the problem to be escalated,they are saying we are not responsible for this. Moreover they are not giving the phone number of their higher authorities. We are writing this so that the management should know this and punish the concerned

This hotel is value for the Area's best. Staff is very good and friendly polite. Front office is still good. Rooms are well equipped. Coming to the bathroom . Good restaurant supplies good. Complimentary breakfast is nice. Reviews say there are mosquitoes but we have not seen any. Overall our stay was excellent. Thanks to the management.

Service and location ravish the staff is looked like a president of....

This is not even a single start hotel. Roadside lodges are much better. Look at the saucer on which they served coffee. This explains the standards of this hotel. Not washed for days and dried out. Not one, all four that they have used to serve in our room. No hot water and when I ask the staff they were rude by giving stupid excuses. Rooms are not clean as they advertised. Don't get fooled with the bigger lobby and front elevations. Inside rooms are not worth the money at all.

We, four of our family stayed for 4 days. While food is good and restaurant staff are courteous, rooms are not up to mark. Bathroom/ toiletries are normal and illumination in room is very poor. One cannot carry out any official work or reading. Reception area and rooms lobby are not impressive. Even location of hotel is not appealing. Doesn't give the feeling of a good hotel. Do not prefuer to recommend.|
