Basically i am not interested in giving reviews, But after seeing the staff rude behavior posting this. Giving this review post facing some worst service experience at Shiva Sai Residency. 1)They are not accepting digital payments and they are only demanding cash and charging GST ,not sure wheather they are paying GST to govt or not.(assuming this after they demanding only cash) 2)Dont expect room service or any other service bcoz there will be not response for you call. 3)No Proper AC and AC will be controlled by them only at their desired temp ,no options to increase temp. 4)TV will be in room but remote will not be. 5)No hot water facility. Don't expect this as 2 star hotel and check in.

The front end and staff are good. Rooms are big and spacious, and they are neat and clean, but there is a stinky smell and no hot water or wifi. and they won't offer you the drinking water, which you need to buy yourself. Over experience, it is good for a stay of 2 or 3 days.

One of the best hotel to stay in kadapa with family.

A relatively couple and family friendly option for a short stay in Kadapa which offers decent rooms for a fair rate. Complementary breakfast and drinking water if included would add more to the hospitality of this place, which is otherwise a good option for family and friends.

Only lobby is big n clean. 1. Hot water doesn't come fast, lot of water to be drained out to get just warm water only. 2. TV remote batteries to be checked but they won't do it. 3. AC doesn't work as per temperature sets. 4. They don't give complimentary mineral water. Not even a single half litre bottle. Service guys response is rough. 5. Their reception person behaves more than the hotel's owner. He was so adamant by not giving any discount when we asked for stay extension. 6. Curtains near Restrooms were dirty which was not a hygiene sign. 7. Mosquitos were not avoided is such a so called big Hotel, not even repellent is provided in the room. List is huge, avoid such arrogant hotel...

Rooms are so huge. Booked mini suite for my officer. Thing is they don't have restaurant not even water. No complimentary nothing. Want water give the person 20 he will buy and come water. Such a waste of space. Lobby was non a.c. but rooms were so huge. Neat and decent.
