Maurya Residency

I had to stay here for a day due to an emergency when all other hotels were fully booked. Unfortunately, I found the accommodation to be in poor condition. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed and were unhygienic. The bathroom had a continuous leak from the taps, and there were several cockroaches in the room.

Don't book this hotel, its a worsted hotel in Rayaslaseema region, No water provides, no hot water, room is not cleaned, wash rooms also not cleaned, not provide normal water also during breakfast even some other side given water freely, they can't provide water, not provide blanket also, don't book this hotel even road side darmetri is good compare to this hotel, if you booked this hotel you will be suffer like this things

Room is good but for non AC they have charged 850+ taxes that's tooo high for this kind of hotel. Bed Lenin is good Bed sheet is a bit old TV 17 inch Lloyd connected to local cable network. Bathroom is average and good Room service is average.

No behaviour, worst services, Low quality blankets, Cheap quality bathroom.

Decent stay. But don't expect too much comforts. Parking is limited for 1 car only. No kitchen in the hotel...but you can order food from restaurant just beside it.

Maurya residency hotel is very pathetic. When I entered in room a very strong odor in room. Cockroaches in washroom. In TV only a local channels are showing no hindi language channels. I m not recommended this hotel to anyone

The rooms are well maintained..the only thing lacking is an attached restaurant..

Very Good service, Humble staff, delicious food. Overall nice hotel in kadapa town
