This is a horrible hotel to stay . What's shown on the website and pics does not reflect any of it. Small rooms , horrible AC which takes its own time to cool the room and I think it has never been cleaned at all since the time it was installed and toilets outdated and small cockroachs everywhere. Hope the hotel takes care in cleaning the same way they maintain the reception and front view of the hotel to impress the guest. Only the breakfast was good. Even in that the bread served seems to be as old as 2days hard as a Rock. . Hotel management needs to improvise all these things to get visits again

The hotel is not well-maintained. For example, the floors were sticky and grimy, making it really uncomfortable to walk barefoot. The lights were very dim and only 2 lights in the room were working. Other than that, the duvet cover had some sort of stains. No lamps or night light in the room whatsoever. Service was really good, and the complimentary breakfast was also nice.
I stayed at this hotel for 18 days (24 hours checkin check out). Some rooms are spacious & some are compact. All rooms are equipped with TV, AC, Wardrobe, etc. Some type of rooms are also equipped with sofas & mini fridge. Personal toiletries items like soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc were also available. They also provide 1 Litre Water Bottle per day at no extra cost. The hotel also has inhouse restaurant which serves a variety of vegetarian/non-vegetarian dishes - quantity & quality. Laundry service is available at an extra cost. Preferred this hotel over others as it has an in-house restaurant. Otherwise there are a few options within a radius of 1 km which offer modern rooms & amenities. Overall the hotel met my expectations, I'll recommend this hotel for business or holiday trip. Note : Rates are high compared with quality of rooms & amenities. Tip : Please check a few rooms before allotment as rooms of same type come in different sizes. Appreciation: Receptionist "Kiran" is well behaved & a thorough professional. Suggestions for improvement: 1) All rooms are dated. Taps/Shower in bathroom are leaking. Need urgent renovation. 2) Cleanliness is an issue. There is dust on every surface incl. Wardrobe. Also bathroom & commode need thorough cleaning. There are hard water marks on taps & tiles. Common areas like passage, lift, sofas in reception area, etc are not cleaned thoroughly. 3) The employees lack professionalism, barring a few. Sometimes it is difficult to differentiate between employees or customers as neither they wear any uniform or identity card.
I am still.in the room.while writing this review. There are quite a few issues with the room 1. The bed is pathetic. It resembles memory foam bed. But after 2 hours of sleeping it has become a slide. A bump in the middle and slope on the sides. It was very very uncfortable. 2. Water is smelly. They have two small bottles of water but it is not drinkable. 3. Bath rooms are dirty. And for two people they gave only one towel. Charged Rs 3000 for a small room. But guys, it's not worth the stay.!!!!
Good hotel in the price of room rent they charge. Food was good . They just need to upgrade their washrooms as the washrooms were like one from guest house. Value for money place.
It's actually to be rated as "0" or negative. Taken suite room No toilet roll No 2nd towel for double occupancy No water bottles for 2nd person or second day No cleaning for extended stay Except security guard nobody has a courtesy to treat customers and argues rather than listening and being customer centric. I heard owner is Lions club leadership position. Surprised to see that the service levels, infrastructure standards doesn't meet the charge which they take. Very sad. I have mentioned by company admin black listing this hotel from Reliance employees.
One of the worst hotel ever. They falsely say that dinner is a part of MAP but while billing they say that they will charge additional money for food. Food quality is sometimes very bad. We were given bad quality rotis and were not offered salad. Attitude of receptionist is very bad. Must avoid this hotell
Hey have no knowledge about hospitality industry. Their staff is super rude and their MD and his family is over rude. While questioning about not having idli in the breakfast, and their ugly behaviour of not informing the same to the customer I have used a word 'vaadu' in the frustration. For that Right from room boy to their MD and his family came with an attacking defence against me. He addressed me "nuvvu" so many times. So, what is the difference between "nuvvu and vaadu". Their receptionists were looking and talking to me with super wide and extra super red eyes. They take it for granted to misbehave and fail to render the service we bought but they expect us to be polite and beg at their reception. When I said I am your guest, the receptionist responded arrogantly saying " So what???". That's their culture of responsibility and hospitality. Please stay away from this super hotel !!!.
