Hotel Blue Diamond(Closed For Renovation)

Improve for polite specking for customers, and bugs in bed ,and smell coming in room .

No maintenance hotel. Bad service. Don't prefer this hotel. No proper hot water, no reception service, bad experience.

No water purifier available Dirty drinking water and doesn't maintain clean so much more mosquito found in room .. even power failure happened one time must in a day

I expected a decent sized room as I had gone with family. Rooms were too small. Many insects. As soon as my son sat on the bed, he received a mosquito bite as a gift. AC pointed at the bed with no control mechanism without even a switch for turning it off. Best thing was that the tubelight had to be turned off by rotating it in the holder. There was no switch for the tubelight either.||||I think that from external appearances, Swagath Residency or Haripriya (both nearby) should be better. There were other hotels near the bus stand which also looked decent.

I don't think this hotel is worth for this price because of the hotel room conditions and the way they respond to a customer (receptionist) can be improved a lot. Room service can be improved and they don't have many Air conditioned rooms. Hotel is located near railway station and 1-2 KM from kadapa bus stand.

The place is normal but the rooms are good and the prices are reasonable. Bathrooms are well maintained.

Maintenance needs to be improved. Towels are in torn condition. Good location though. Front desk person can be more courteous.
