Poor maintenance of this in a prime area. Door lock not good, no exhaust fan in bathroom, full foul smell cupboards. Worst bathroom with patch works and taps with salt. Cockroach and lizards under bed. Only AC is the good thing. Revamp it.

The owner invested in good quality products of interior but due to lack of maintenance, they got damaged over the period. Poor maintenance ruining the business of this hotel. Mouses are the most staying guests in this hotel for free and enjoying all the amenities. The hotel is quite opposite to the RTC Bus stand and should be occupied all the time. Cost of the rooms are standard but because of low maintenance and not much cleanliness the price is not worthy.

Waste of money... Not at all good.. waste service... The management is very irresponsible

Owners, don't think, that they're responsible for the Customer's satisfaction, They're Money oriented. Staff Members also follow the owners philosophy. They're very rude towards customers. Parking Place is loaded for keeping "Tiffin Bandi" & other waste materials. Very un-hygienic conditions prevailing there. Overall, I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

Dirty washroom, as if it was not Cleant for days... Room was ok.. The staff was highly non cooperative and rude

The worst hotel I have ever stayed The staff are very orragant, they treat as if we staying for free,Rats all around,worst bathroom, flush was not working Horrible closet .those buckets should be more than 5yrs old ,full of cockroaches ,when complained they said plumber will come tomorrows I'm staying for a night they take entire money Rs 2000 in advance and they are not willing to give back as I said I want to vacate ,the heights is that they don't give water you I have buy 2 ltr bottle and worst part they don't provide glass you have pay 10rs for the glass they provide which is given in liquor shops HOPE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES WILL.LOOK INTO STATUS OF THE HOTEL HUMBLE REQUEST YOU CAN STAY IN THE PLATFORM DON'T USE THIS HOTEL

Tv is not functioning properly. All channels are not coming.mosquito coils should be provided.door mats must be changed everyday. Remaining things are ok. Very nearer to busstand and hotels. Neatness is good

The worst, I have been for so many places. But this is the worst. Lizards and cockroaches coupled with dust accumulated on beds created hell and chaos to my programs and the entire family got cold and cough.
