Very best hospitality very nice owners ..very helpful and room clean and neat maintenance

The rooms are in good location and management is polite when it comes to some matters. Personally I faced some challenges, I Had booked 3 rooms, but got only 2 rooms.They asked me to cancel one room booked which was non cancellation booking (I booked room from third party site) But asking me to pay extra for extra bed provided by them. I would suggest check with them first before booking the rooms. Pros: Rooms were clean as they are newly constructed and also they had pool to enjoy. Location is very good. Cons: Pool was not clean. There was lot of insects which bite when playing in pool. No food available locally, if requested the person in charge will get you some food. No towels, no toilet kits provided.

It's still new & under construction. As of now they don't have any facility except rooms. They have an attendant with one hand only. They don't give u towels, soap, drinking water unless asked. In some rooms there r no wash basins at all. They don't have restaurant also. Even if v want to have coffee or tea v have to drive 1 km from their resort.

Rooms and washrooms are spacious , neat and clean. Kingsize bed with AC. Location is ok which is near to Gandikote Fort and Grand Caniyon. It has a kitchen within the premises but service is slow. Bring your own toiletries (toothpaste , Soap etc) , no in room TV or Tea/Coffee maker , Fridge.

average stay. its in a orange farm so different experience. rooms are big but bugs and cockroaches are there and main problem is they have solar geyser. we waited till almost 9 am but still no hot water so finally had to take bath in cold water.

Poorly organized and maintained , hotel rooms were not even ready even long after check in time. Insects all on the floor of the rooms and the washrooms were not clean or maintained. No proper restuarants nearby too. A lot to be improved to be welcoming to tourists.

Just rooms r big and good . Not the worth the price and the location is just once a visit as for the great canyon of India . No hospitality No basic amenities no restaurant , No good food across only Ap govt Haritha hotel is decent food and this place priced high based on demand . Definitely not worth go for AP govt booking . Thanks Gandikota has been a drunken paradise with too much of plastic and only alcohol bottles and glasses around

There are many things which made us uncomfortable to stay for even 10 hours , but there was no other place to go so felt trapped and unsafe.., 1. No buckets or mug in washroom, when asked we were provided with empty paint box! 2: sinks were fallen/kept on floor, unable to use 3: food was over charged but was totally unable to eat.., dry think chapatis, tasteless rasam and aloo sabji 4: and scariest was when we asked about this, the staff said this is what you get and started arguing with us.., later they called some person who was drunk and looking like a local rowdy.., he came around mid night and started screaming at our family.., and was about to hit few of us.., I being a lady he shouted at me also then we said we will call police and then also said he is friend with DSP, minister etc.., then we said it's ok we will file a case for mental & physically abusing a lady.., then he left.,
