Recently My company was Booked this Resort on 12/Apr /2025i forget My charger in E2 Block but Not Responding in Calls

Good place to stay. Road leading to the resort from Ravulapalem is completely damaged . Wouldn't recommend going from there. Service is a slow due to construction taking place within the resort . Otherwise peaceful to stay and good for any events.

Late post but worth it..First of all ...I would like to thank the resort owner for the immediate response because on the day itself I called him and asked for the rooms and he booked it immediately for 12:00 pm check-in (08-06-2024). The best resort for family and friends to stay. Actually it was under construction but half of the part was constructed. A nice one near yanam and the best part is.. it is beside the Godavari river and coringa mangrove forest. Food was good but service is too slow due to newly constructed and staff was less ..so this resort needs to improve it. Other than that everything was too good. I'm fully satisfied with this , at first before going to this resort I was too tensioned how this resort will look and is this real/ fake but when we reached there all my tensions are gone...too good to chill with your family and friends. After construction it will be too good because this is huge and looking too good... architecture and ambience was too good it will give you a kerala house vibe...Also the staff arranged us a boat ride when we asked for it early in the morning at 5:30 AM. Thank you yanam resorts and the staff..I have already recommended this resort to my friends and they already came to ur place...and I will definitely come to this resort again.Finally a small suggestion from my side is change ur checkin and check out timings and speed up the food service.

Although it was raining, the river bank looks beautiful from the resort and you can get a great view of river godavari. Room service and food is very good

Room Good. No WiFi, no TV, still under construction. No dining. All food served in room. Location excellent, next to Godavari River.

It was a beautiful resort went 4 days back stayed one night the experience was good. Swimming pool maintenance was nice, well spent tym with my family .

The resorts are still under construction, but there is already about 30% constructed spacious rooms with swillingpool in middle. It's right next to Godavari backwaters , view is absolutely stunning! It's a feast of view for water lovers. Breakfast has very limited varieties - just idly and uttapam with tea. Price is affordable, worth it for the location. People are cordial and friendly. Good place for both families and couples! There's no common restaurant, they shall provide room service or arrrange food outdoors as per request. Taste was good. Varieties could be more! Overall, good experience!

It is the only and best in class resort in and around Yanam. We as a family of four stayed here last Thursday, thanks to the amazing staff of the resort who made sure our stay is comfortable and Safe. The rooms are decently provided with TV, fridge and AC. Last but definitely not the least is the Amazing View of River Godavari from the resort. We had our morning complementary hot drinks at the Godavari river shore witnessing the spectacular sunrise inside from the resort. I would definitely recommend this resort for everyone who wants to enjoy some leisure time. P.S-Resort can be found in Sha farms and also named as SHA Homes. It has a banquet hall and is also provided for private parties and wedding events. Overall Worthu Verma Worth
