Sapthagiri Residency

We stayed here for three days : with a toddler and infant in February Only advantage is location and hot water facility. Room maintenance is poor,I have seen many cockroaches roaming around the room.(Pic attached).There are beer bottles inside tv rack.Room service is ok ok.Frequent power cut and no one available for switching on the generator at nights.Lots of mosquitos. Owner is somewhat rude,we stayed extra two hours while vacating but he argued and insisted on paying full day amount , however we ended up paying INR 200

It's very opposite to APSRTC Bus stop in Hindupur. An average facilities available with A/C, Staff were friendly. Rooms were not bad, cleaning was ok. No TV in our room they told it went for repair but I don't believe that. A/C was not working properly.

Price Worthy with all good facilities and well maintained. Owner is very polite and down to earth. Owner will present at the hotel all the time to maintain properly. CONS- They will continually ask advance rudely and won't wait for one day also.

Building looks great. But rooms are not that great. Sufficient lighting not provided. Two low voltage bulbs only are arranged in room. Only one (cool watet) tap works. Other taps like hot water tap, hand shower tap, wash basin tap and shower bath tap etc. are not working.

Newly constructed, it seems. Rooms are spacious and maintained well. But the worst part is the washroom. We halted for a night stay on our way from Tirupati to Goa after visiting Lepakshi. We didn't have the courage to have our morning ablutions. Somehow we managed and left the lodge as early as possible.

Ac not working, inspite of telling repeatedly to reception guy. Had paid for ac room as its summer, but sleeping under fan. What's more horrible than this. He just comes n goes giving vague answer of sc, door mat, dirtiest bedspeard, no room boy. Not all good hospitality. Washroom pathetic. Pathetic n disgusting in simple terms

Most of the rooms are not maintained well, need to find. Only advantage is near to Bus stand.

Very near to bus station. Well maintained. Room are clean. Staff and manager in the reception are good. If you are with family the. You must take suit rooms in ground floor.
