Rooms are maintained well and location is also good. Service part has to be improve, other wise recommended place to tourists

I was left no options than to stay at this hotel, this is worst hotel I have ever stayed. This hotel had so many known problems but they still give rooms to make money. AP tourism should focus to make sure Lepakshi visitors have better options for accommodation.

We stayed there for one night and day that is on 08.03.2024 night and 09.03.2024 day @ room nos 404 and 405. It was a night mare and disgusting experience. The rooms were stinking with a terrible smell. Because we checked in late at night there was no option to shift to another hotel with our luggage. You can't believe that we have seen 2 bandikoots roaming freely in the corridor of the 4th floor. Reported this to reception but they have taken it lightly. That means the foul smell is from the bandikoot' s urinals . Really a shocking experience. Whether the Hotel management knows this or not ....is a question mark. We wonder how the bandikoots are reaching n living at the 4th floor .

This is not a hotel but a lodge or a motel as they say. There is no restaurant but they have a homeboy who can get food for you from nearby restaurants. There are average restaurants nearby. The rooms are average with AC and TV. There are no extra amenities but it's good for the money they charge. There were cockroaches and ants in the room.

The rooms are good but it's not maintained well. We had to call the housekeeping to clean the room. Bathroom was stinking and had to be cleaned again. The bedsheets had stains which was changed so got that changed too.

A cozy lodge located in the middle of the city. The rooms were great, modern, clean, cozy a little small, but very comfortable. The management was helpful and courteous. The owner understands Engligh, Kannada and Hindi apart from Telugu. There is good parking but no restaurant on premises. They offer room service where they get food from near by restaurants. There are a few good restaurants in walking distance for good food. The entire building was clean and tidy and this was major plus. The bathroom was really clean and has a water heater available for 24*7 hot water. The standard room had an AC as well, and the rooms were fairly priced. There was no card payment options available at the lodge, but payment via cash and UPI was available.

I happened to attend a family function in palla and stayed there for a night. It's location makes accessible for other places within the town. Function hall is reasonably good for small functions like engagement and birthday party. Staff can speak Telugu, Kannada, hindi, English,and Tamil fluently. Room and bathroom was clean. Bedspread and pillow were fresh.as some renovation is taking place its bit dusty outside though not in room.
