From the moment we have arrived, we were constantly impressed by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything I needed--including thoughtful extras that made a big difference. The amenities were top-notch: the pool was pristine, the fitness center was well-maintained, and the on-site dining exceeded expectations with both quality and variety. I especially appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel was, allowing for a truly restful night's sleep. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality.

Breakfast service does not match ITC standards. Asked for water start to end water wasnt served. Staff gave evasive answers and were not respectful. Asked for coffee and spoon as well. Till end of the meal no spoon given. When asked for water to 2 different staff members again they said they will give. Did not get water even after breakfast was over and we left. Staying in a 2 star hotel is better. No point in wasting money staying in this hotel.

All day dining restaurant at this hotel is very good. It's a breeze to get things done here as the staff are very efficient and customer friendly. Special mention goes to Papaditya, Deepak & Krishna. Always cheerful and eager to welcome guests befitting of the name of the hotel. Three cheers.

Beautiful location welcome by itc guntur , great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impressions of Hotel, exceptional. It was clean, stylish, rooms with excellent service by housekeeping staff Simanchal .room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Best service ever stayed at itc guntur and special thanks to SIMANCHAL for the amazing hospitality. Beautiful rooms, great location, really pleasant and clean room's, Pool bar really amazing with excellent ambience. Staff very cooperative. Swimming pool well maintained.
