Smelly rooms and darkness inside rooms without proper ventilation

Location is great with lots of shopping malls around, even in first floor there was a showroom, trend is opposite to it. Location is great. Room we took for 20 people for short stay. Which was in 5th floor with lift fecility and spacious. Everything is good except the cigarette smell somewhere. Also I didn't found proper security. Some times they are available and sometimes not... Everything else is fine

Not value for the money. We got into a suite room costed 4500 per day. Nothing special about it. Just 2 AC's and 2 beds with TV. Didn't provide complimentary breakfast, no tea/coffee/sugar sachets provided, no sanitizer provided, no soaps provided, no water bottles, no water kettle, taps broken in washroom, flush not working properly, cockroaches roaming. Not worth of money. We were provided room after 4 hours of our booking time after being behind them. They don't care of enquiring when customer will arrive.

Its In a good location, in starting days it was good Now no maintenance, I booked a suite room. There is a leakage and Water not drained from washroom. Even complained twice no response. Even Water problem, they didn't see till we inform about no Water in tank....

Average ambiance, reception area is good. Rooms are spacious but poor maintenance of bath rooms. Not cleaned bed sheets and towels. It's a lodge kind of accommodation Service by staffs are friendly, for short staying and economic can go for this I can give my rating "7for10"

Good environment and good rooms best room service I like it and full safety environment

This is a new hotel opened in Guntur Lakshmi puram. Having lodging and boarding with high class look and complete facilities in all respects. It has guest rooms as well as suite rooms. I think this is the 1st hotel in this line of Lakshmi puram main road which is main attraction today. Need to visit once again for detailed review.
