I had the worst stay of my life. There is no way to approach the reception on the third level via stairs because the gate is always locked, and if you ask the personnel to open it, they would reply no. Elevators do not work, and when they do, they can become stuck because maintenance is not performed. There is no alternative if you choose to use the stairs. Staff are unpleasant and will remark things like "I don't care what happens to the hotel, I'm just here for the money." The motel has no backup power (generator). I had to be without electricity for the entire afternoon. After 9 p.m., they will turn out all the lights in the passage and corridor, and if you phone reception to turn them back on, they will explain it is their protocol. I felt like I was the only one staying alone at the hotel. If you're looking for some adventure in your life, I definitely recommend staying at Orchid.

All good reviews about this hotel are fake reviews rated by staff. Wrost experience I have ever had, they forced us to take another bed for extra cost even we said no, no flesh on the toilet no tv, if u want to go to toilet you have to ask them to on flesh. No hot water for bath, every single time when u go for bath u have to ask for hot water, what kind of hotel is this even there is no power backup and staff not responsible for powercut i recommend every people to not to visit this wrost so called descent hotel

I had good experiences in this hotel ORCHID ...It's very neat and well organized hotel.... 1. Near by railway station and bus station....! 2. Awesome rooms....! 3. Service is good...! 4. F&b are good...! 5. Boys are kindly to get information about my business locations....! Yeah! It's very nice to stay in this hotel....!

The rooms were ok. They were clean and comfortable. Beyond that I wouldn't recommend the same. We availed compliment art breakfast here which had very few items. Also, there was no dosa or vada. So, wouldn't recommend it.

Location is Good, center of town (Located between bus stand and railway station), Food( breakfast, when i was there) was Ok, Receptionist was friendly, |Cons: There was no emergency exit. Room cleanliness is ok ( it depends on room) .I was in window type A/C room , it's was working but not in good condition.

Stayed there two days and was very impressed with the service. expect it to be even better once the resteraunt renovation is complete. The buffet breakfast was excellent.||||Professional and helpful staff who assisted in returning an item I had left behind.||||Will recommend it to any business traveller.

We had booked comfort room online but were given suite since hotel was full. When we complained that TV wasn't working they promised to shift us within an hour. We were made to wait 3 hours to get a room.||We ordered spl. thali from menu, and were served non-veg thali! We had been given veg for same item the previous night. When we complained, the guy claimed that spl. thali was non-veg.! I had to point out that in our country, any non-veg. dish has to be labeled as such.||Hot water supply is centralized and unreliable.||Housekeeping service is so slow that they even forget to fulfill the request.
