Rooms are good Service is not upto the mark. Location wise excellant. Location is proximity to all commercial premises, Near to railway station. Its standards are declined now a days.

We had dinner at Nagarjuna last night with our family. Great food - but horrible service. The waiter who took our order promptly disappeared and another totally inexperienced waiter shows up - who tried to serve our food - but did not know how to handle the serving spoons and forks. Finally we had to mandate that he leave the food on the table so that we can serve ourselves. We understood he was trying to do his best and he was very pleasant. The waiting staff kept changing during the course of dinner. If you want to fire any one - please fire everyone wearing a tie and wearing a jacket and tie. They are all absolute morons. We needed another chilled bottle of mineral water and the moron manager - who asked us what we wanted - promptly - yes - disappeared after we asked him for another bottle of water. We ordered a full Tandoori Chicken and 1/4th was missing. The 2 leg quarters showed up along with only one breast quarter and wing. Second breast quarter wasn't there. We didn't make a fuss. The working staff was good, cheerful and courteous. The managers are all - as usual for India - idiots. They all need to be trained as they got their jobs most probably because they are somehow related to the owner of the restaurant. It's a shame that such restaurant with wonderful cuisine has such horrible management staff

Good hardware.. Badly maintained software. Breakfast spread is bare minimum does not match with the room rates. Spread is equivalent to a hotel charging around 1,000 per room night. Occupancy ratio can be a factor.. I saw only 10 line items in the guest list. Travelers familiar with Hyderabad, Beware of the name CHUTNEYS outside the hotel... only name is same.. No where close to quality. They have served everything available in the breakfast but for water.

1.one main thing I want to tell about this hotel is, firstly it maintains an excellent food quality and good customer service , 2.though it does not have some 3 star facilities but it is more than enough in the guntur city. 3.The management every one in the hotel give the good service to the customers.it is one + point 4.I also observed the kitchen it is in well maintenance (cleanliness) 5. More to tell but enough this ,if more u want. Please contact to the hotel management . 6 .every one can go this is the best in guntur . Thank you.

This hotel doesn't deserve a single star. Horrible, horrible hotel. We booked a function hall for 100 people and they gave a function hall that probably just fits 50. The hall was suffocating with no proper ventilation. The chairs were in way and many times I had to balance myself for from falling. Imagine what the guests might have felt. The decoration was garish but bearable. The wash area was pathetic and disgusting. It was not cleaned for ages. When we asked the staff to clean it, they said the cleaning staff is not available. The hall was booked in advance, didn't they have common sense to clean the wash areas? The food was barely okay. Overall a bad experience for what supposed to be a beautiful event. Waste of money. Suckers!

Good and must try... The location of the restaurant is perfect.Ambiance and Interior is good.Service is very good.Staff here are well dressed and good responding. Food was really good and tasty

In this hotel rooms very expensive and food is worest before 9.00 Am brekfast did not not available and lunch time meals worest

The way of recieving people and the room services are too worst and not even responding. And the base price of the room is very high though this is 3 star hotel compared to other 5 star hotels
