Worest service This hotel don't provide a basic needs like water bottle and so on. AC rooms are so tiny which cost 1500/- per day. Bathroom are so dirty . Don't choose this hotel by mistake, Oyo shows big rooms but actually it's not that big.

1.Value for money- The amount it ask on desk is bit high with respect to the hotel's infrastructure, but if you book with online then it may be a great deal to steal. Rooms are small. 2.Location- Just behind Guntur railway station. so very nice place to stay for rail commuters, also painful to sleep at night. 3.Service Quality- service is OK,staff are helpful and co-operative. 4.Food- Foods and drinks are good, food quality with respect to money is ok. Foods are bit high priced, but plenty in quantity. 5.Amenities- I was happy with WiFi connectivity of hotel, other amenities are up-to the mark. Cleanliness- Hotel is neat and clean. Bath room and toilet is well maintained. This hotel has 24 Hr check-in & out service. card payment available. Overall a good experience.

Hotel is right outside the railway station. Our train was delayed by more than an hour and the team checked us in at 1 AM in the morning. No qualms there. The room service provided us a great coffee in the morning. Overall, a good stay.

We took executive non AC rooms. Rooms are clean and tidy with 24 hours hot water. Room service is good. All the staff are very friendly. Enjoed our stay and recommend to everyone as the location is very near to the Guntur railway station.

A hotel is in heart of the city and opposite to railway station so it's very noisy. The rooms on road side very very noisy so avoid road side rooms. Another major problem car parking, literally hotel doesn't have car parking slots and they are least bother. The hotel is good for business people who wants to stay in heart of the city for business purpose. The rooms are neat but service is not good. I was pretty much disappointed by the hotel staff, I have booked 2 rooms for 4 people through MakeMyTrip for 16th Feb 2017 and Check In Time was 12 Noon IST and I have called them told them that I am late will check in around 8 PM but when I went at 8 PM they have given me one min suite room and asked me to adjust with 4 people, But when I didn't agree they have given us 2 rooms at 12 in the midnight that too after repeated serious following.

I booked a standard room in GNR Palace last week (16th April) in the middle of summer and to my surprise the Room was very neat and clean. They had Hot water, AC, Room Service, TV, Wifi etc. The staff was very professional and they also have a travel desk to travel to nearby places. It is just a walking distance from Guntur Railway station. Their in-house restaurant is not up to the mark (i.e. very limited options to choose from) but other than that everything else is great. I stayed there for 1 day and really liked the experience.

Pathetic hotel room. I asked them for a day use room for 2-3 hours and they charged me 1300 for such a pathetic room. AC was not working, washrooms was too small with leaking taps. Completely disgusted. They cheated me , don't ever go in this hotel this is full of cheaters.
