I am stayed in 301 . daily house keeping service is nice. Mr moulali cleaned our room very hygienic. Very polite. We are enjoyed the food in this hotel. This is suitable for also businesses person's. please visit the vajram hotel to unlock serious services in cheap cost

The hotel offered exceptional hospitality--friendly staff, clean rooms, and prompt service. I felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience! The food was delicious with great variety. Will definitely visit again soon.

House keeping is good and promptly changed everything like bedsheets, towels and also given additional sugar and milk powder sachets without asking when their quantity is low. Our room was serviced by Nagamani, hope every room needs a staff like her, compared to my previous stays this time it's much better, most points given to cleaning. food menu need to improve by adding some south indian items finally the services they are providing to serve the customers comfortable and happy environment. Must try breakfast..

Room service is good and Room is kept clean everyday. Nagamani and moulaali did an excellent room service. The room is kept tidy and changed the blankets and bath room accessories every day. The room service guys are polite and respond immediately.

Stayed overnight as a stop in Guntur (small detour from highway and in the city). He got the place with good discount and is best value for money. The place has car parking and 24/7 checkin reception. They also have option for complimentary breakfast during booking. The place might be a bit old but the rooms are clean and well maintained.

In short: food is alright. Not great, not bad. Staff behaviour is mixed. Some of them were great, polite and help and some didn't respond to our questions promptly and we had to call again. No one was outright rude. Just need improvement. Location is fine. Room was small but neat. It's really good. Bathroom also was small but clean and nice. Dental kit,shaving kit, body lotion, comb are provided. Room Not as soundproof as I hoped could hear voices from the hallways. TV is there and limited channels but are enough. Curtain is thick enough to block out the sun well to give us uninterrupted sleep. No problems at the reception whatsoever. Ordered room service for dinner. It was good. Arranged well. Bedsheet wasn't clean but the housekeeping staff responded very well and replaced it with a clean one. Parking spot is limited and is like that of an apartment building and is very open. We were worried about our car but the staff reassured us that a security guard is there around the clock. Complimentary breakfast is fine. Not great but not bad. Everything self service except for the dosas. We need to get the tea and coffee ourselves also. They didn't replace the coffee even after they noticed us waiting for it so we had to leave without drinking coffee. It looked like they were bit understaffed. I didn't like the way they carried out luggage as we were checking out. Was really worried our bag or the wheels would get damaged and then he left them there at the bottom of the stairs and I had to wait with them as my dad finished settling our bill and then went to get the car. We tipped the person who carried our bags with what change we had but he asked for more right to our faces which wasn't really that nice but he didn't make too much trouble so it's excusable. All in all though I'd recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness and hygiene. I just hope the hospitality improves. There were 3 of us and the double bed is not a King bed but the Extra person bed is comfortable and was on a foldable cot.
