Decent Rooms. Approachable staff. Easily accessible location. No dedicated parking but cars can be parked infront of the hotel. Get the rooms sprayed with mosquito repellant if required. No other issues.

Not worthy. Rooms are good as the property is new. Cot is small. No attached restaurant. No breakfast though it was mentioned included in the tariff. Mentioned parking available, but occupied by stacks of tiles, and their own vehicles. Approach road is earthen road, if rains difficult. Water need to be bought. Away from main city. Not suitable for family stay. Overall not worth for money paid, location and services

Rooms are excellent, staff very courteous. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth. Enjoyed the stay there. But only issue is the location- it is situated on the outskirts of the city and hence unless you have your own vehicle, you will have to depend on Zomato for food ordering. No restaurants, shops or eateries nearby. Hence highly recommended only for travellers with vehicle.

Pathetic place to stay. Will never stay here even if someone pays me to stay. The staff are trying to maintain it and I appreciate their efforts. But they need to modify the entire hotel altogether. Will never recommend this.

This hotel comes under the worst category I have stayed ever. I understand that during covid times each and every hotel is doing a wonderful job in guest reception and management but "hotel mahalakshmi inn" is not even par with the normal standards. The guest reception is too worst and the front end people don't know how to talk with a customer. The washrooms are without water and have to wait for hours. When you complaint, they will argue and tell us that if we are okay, we can stay otherwise we can leave. The worst behaviour is with Mr.Hari, who was very arrogant. He is drunk every time . The rooms are not cleaned, when we entered it was full of liquor bottles and other stuff. I suggest OYO to on board quality partners and check with your customers what they are going through. I don't recommend this hotel for staying.

Be aware that when you check-in even at 11.30 AM (the usual check-in time is 12 PM), you will be charged for early check-in. Sometimes, not sure if this happens every time, you will end up having dirty bed, with dirty towel and uncleaned bed & pillow covers due to un attended laundry guys.... in these covid circumstances, not sure if you get sick due to these....for sure, I am not going to book this hotel again

Near and Clean hotel I never stayed before in this range hotel. But pleasantly surprised to see the value for the money we pay. I must say excellent staff..food I ordered online Overall it's a good and surprise choice that I booked through OYO
