Hotel MS Grand Luxury Rooms

This is a new hotel that is partially open due to ongoing construction work. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the cleaning staff are responsive and do their work properly. However, the biggest issue is the unresponsiveness of the reception staff. During a power disruption at noon on an extremely sunny day, we waited for the power backup to be enabled. Even after 15 minutes, there was nothing, and the room became unbearably hot. When we called the reception, the staff initially said someone needed to go and turn on the backup, stating it would take 10 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes, the staff again said there was an issue with the power backup. Finally, after 45 minutes, the power was restored. Aside from this, the place is good, but there is significant room for improvement regarding hospitality.
