Good service and good Atmosphere ...Good rooms at affordable rates...Mostly Prem the accountant at reception is soo friendly and good at work...As im a regular customer he receives us so gently and we are happy to visit it again.....

We visited Guntur to attend our colleague's marriage and booked a room here. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the receptionist. During checkout, they claimed that the TV remote was missing from the room and insisted on payment of 500 rs. They used foul language and exhibited rude behavior, suggesting that we might have thrown the remote somewhere. We personally requested them to check our bags and car, offering full cooperation. It became apparent that they were attempting to unfairly blame the customer for the missing remote. I would advise against choosing this hotel.

Single star is also very high for this hotel receptionist guy. Very irrespective behaviour,using foul language please remove the receptionist He deserves th place in local bars not there And impressive with room neatness Requesting the management to take away from that job

Well the corner rooms are comparatively bigger in size the corridors are narrow. Budget is reasonable. Once advantage with this hotel is they have beverages near reception which are kind of a refresher. Over all a good place to stay if you are on a road trip or vacation

Nice ambience, neat and clean rooms, well maintained.

Superb clean room and very good staffs. Had a really pleasant stay. You can even get good food here.

Being new to city and having language barrier, I struggled in finding a decent hotel with quality service, I am glad that I came across this hotel and would vouch for its incredible infrastructure and quality service. Do visit if you are in Guntur, Andra Pradesh.
