HOTEL DVR GRAND

One of worest experience I faced in this hotel, they are not allow extra hours, if you stay extra 1hr they will ask perday rent, im not recommend this hotel, service also very very bad.

The hospitality is very nice. The staff received very well and the room service provide is little delay but delightful. There are some ifs and buts, but they responded quickly and cleared the issue. Overall the room is good but the mattress might disappoints for some customer as it is little hard soft mattress. Remaining things are considerably fine as per value of price.

Hotel is Excellent Rooms are Clean and Well maintained everything is good but this Hotel lacks in Service. One of the helper asking me to give the Tip forcefully manager was standing in front of me but not saying anything and be aware of the cleaning staff don't give your room keys to hotel when your stuff is in the hotel. They open the door without your permission and touches your stuff which is kept open. Please ensure your valuables saftey.

The rooms are average and the service is not good at all. They are asking us to check out at early mrng 3 am, even if you spent 2 hours extra they want pay full next day amount. Very worst service I have ever seen.

Easy to access & super supporting staff. Thank you for the wonderful & comfortable stay during my visit.

A decent hotel to stay near the Railway Station, a well maintained Hotel

well kept rooms and bathrooms, very near to railway station. totally recommend
