Don't except is supportive services like room service, complimentary buffet breakfast. Only Idli, Dosa and Vada available for breakfast not any fruit or juice. If you ask they will ask for money. I asked for a hard bed due to back issue they did not have, I asked put a mattress on the floor they did not comply. Room is spacious and amenities are provided. Highly untrained staff.

The rooms were good, clean and hygienic. But the parking a big problem which they need to sort.

Here's my experience after staying for a couple of weeks on multiple visits. The rooms were very well maintained, with all the amenities needed. The property had all the basic stuff. The stay was very comfortable, with good beds and a shower. Both the day and night shift receptionists at the front desk were very polite and friendly, ensuring all our queries and requirements were met. And yeah, will visit again..

Not a hotel, it has got only lodging facility. Not even a restaurant, or pantry. They get beverages from outside source,on order,at their own sweet time.Could see only one room service guy.Had to call time and again, for any service. The washrooms are not maintained well.(The mixer handle comes out!) The guy at the reception counter was very arrogant and has no patience or courtesy to talk politely or to listen to the guests. Has very limited parking place. Don't recommend staying in this small set-up.

I have rated 3 star because of the breakfast. They get breakfast from a very ordinary restaurant nearby packed in newspaper. They served Masala dosa which tasted horrible with salt mixed heavily. Rooms are nice. Sandeep at the reception is a very well mannered person and knows how to talk to customers. It is located in the heart of the city.

Good things :- Room is spacious and has everything that is required...looks neat and cozy ...New hotel new interiors ...amply lit and ventilated. I think the plumber cum engineer requires a medal to keep commode at a height that will leave both feet hanging while sitting on it ... Very painful...
