Hotel Amarawathi

I had a very disappointing experience. The room had a heavy, unpleasant smell of naphthalene, which was quite overpowering. Additionally, there was no telephone in the room, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk or request anything. The bathroom had issues as well - the flush didn't work properly, which was incredibly inconvenient. What made the stay even worse was the staff's behavior. The cleaning staff kept asking for tips throughout the stay, and even the room service staff were insistent on tipping just for delivering meals. This constant request for money was uncomfortable and unprofessional. To top it off, I started experiencing itching after sleeping on the bed, and noticed small red bumps on my body, possibly due to unhygienic bedding. The staff seemed untrained and irresponsible, which only added to the frustration. Overall, the hotel is not worth the 2000 I spent. There are definitely better options available.

Pathetic room maintenance. Soiled and stinking linen. When we asked about it we were told that they were all washed bed sheets. They offered to replace only after a protest. Poor reception. You need to wait for an hour to get a cup of tea served. Callous attitude of staff. Not worth at all. We couldn't stay there for more than a few hours.
