Galaxy Hotel

I have worst experience face in this hotel no hot water, in beds having bed bugs, blankets and bedsheets worest.price is 1500 for a/c rooms.

They are not cleaning the bed sheets and water should be carry from hall bad experience with thise even taking lamsam of amount and demanding for advance worst hotel in Guntur.

This is cheating hotel ,they charged Rs 800 extra money at check out,they didn't explain properly at the time of check in about charges. Don't go to this hotel

I stayed Half day in this hotel that time only i faced bad experienced not give proper respect and response Tv also not in good quality Too much expensive also not quality good food better to go other hotel i can say

Room is good. But water Taps issue available in every room. Sometimes water not comes in room. Even their boys & manager also will not support. I have faced horrible experience here. Bad sheet is not replacing after every room vacate.

I been to this place and here is my review I would rate on a scale of 0 to 5 where 0 being the lowest and 5 is the higest Lodging : 1. Cleanliness : 4 2. Room size : adequate 3: ventilation : 0 If you have to stay choose only AC room 4. Staff behaviour : 5 Overall it is a budget hotel with good facilities. Restaurant: Cleanliness : 3.5 Food quality: 3.5

Location is great.. just opposite to the NTR Bus stand, guntur,but rooms are small, clean though...Bed sheets looks like very dirty, washrooms have issues also.. have lift facility.. the receptionist behavior was good..they have a restaurant on the ground floor adjoining to the hotel.. takes payment through upi and cash only...

One of worst hotels near bus stand Room are very dirty Not even changed the bed sheets Rooms are smelling very bad Pls don't prefer this hotel
