One of the worst hotel staff. Don't know how to treat they guests. And had a very bad experience staying in this hotel. Please be clear and sure before check in. Will demand extra money for everything. No water, dirty bed sheet oil stain blanket. Wet towels. Think before check in.

I booked this hotel online and when I went there , the person in the entrance desk didn't allow me to check in , told all the rooms were booked for a wedding and no rooms were available. When I tried to show him my booking details, he never even bothered to look and told me to contact the customer care of the website. I waited there for nearly 2 hours and the people over there were so rude. It only stressed me out. So people if you are going to book this hotel online, don't even dare. They will allocate your room to someone and when questioned will not act responsible. Terrible experience. And all this happened in midnight that too in a place where I have never been and I didn't even speak their language. I searched and booked a new hotel then. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere else.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Guntur City. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also,Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Not a good hotel to stay.for a 1500 rupees hotel no basic services provided. I had to pay 30 rupees for a bottle of water. Giving excuse of covid for not providing water. If that is the case then take fair price for a bottle of water. Why over charge on MRP? Looting in name of covid. I've stayed in enough hotels during covid and never had to pay for a little of water. Negative: No water in room, no tea coffee maker, no proper room service, next to a Mosque so you won't get any proper sleep at night, small bed good for one. Positive: Basement parking which is only good thing. Room and bathroom is clean.

Well the structure of rooms and the ambience is really good. The bathrooms weren't crystal clean and the rooms would smell bad if the window is open because of the sewage river right next to the building.
