Not good for stay or have drinks not even worth very low standard maintenance doesn't respond to requests even telephone doesn't work in the room to talk to reception

Very worst service I had ever faced. 1. They charged Rs.300 per hr before & after check in & check out timings though the rooms are all available. No complementary water bottle or soaps given though we stayed for two days & 3 nights. 2. Room cleaning ppl will not come on time. If we call them they say leave a key at reception we will clean it later. And keep on asking tips for not doing anything by pressing door bell again & again. 3.Bed sheets are very dirty & stained. After asking them couple of times they just bought one another bed sheet to lay on that dirty one which is also very dirty. So I used my own bedsheet. 4.Cockroaches & Mosquitoes are on another level in that room. 5.Bucket & Mugs are not properly cleaned & hygiene. So better to take ur own bedsheets, mosquito repellent, buckets & mugs if u can.

Worst place I had ever been stayed. Such a pathetic place. No cleanliness. No maintenance. Rooms are in pathetic condition.

Never book a room in this hotel through booking.com. Couldn't trust booking.com tooabsolutely nothing.worst maintenance. room and toilet in very bad condition. Additionally, the property owner did not accept the booking made through booking.com. We booked 2 rooms for a price of 729. We were denied checkin, and we had to pay 1200 per one single room. We reached the property around 12 and we had a 7 months old with us. This is the hospitality we got.

Cheats, they charge u more than the price they show on site. From me charged Rs.100 extra. Rainwater entered my room no.309/10 when it rained on 15th Aug afternoon. Very poor room maintenance. took 45 mins to clear the water & another 60 mins to allot me another room.

I don't know how this hotel has 3.2, may be managed by paid reviews, I booked in Oyo for first time it came with 780 rs but the hotel is reluctant to take me and asked me to cancel as it's already 3 Rd time rejected in other hotels and no proper response from oyo , then he asked me to pay 300 and after they came to know that I'm taking to Oyo they asked 500 , finally he gave with 300 extra , nice guy so try to avoid this kid of hotel scam if you book via OYO,

Its the worst ever I ever had cause. The payment which I have done for Ac room on the app is not enough fro the person who is charge there, He asked me to pay extra 500 for the room I booked and if not he wont give us the room and also will not allow us in the room instead he said he will hive me a non AC room And coming to the room it was not clean and the bedsheets were dirty and it was not washed well and the bed was half drowned with water but still the room service did not notice and tried to cover it with the bed sheet which I recognized and asked him about it and he just changed the room and the other room was almost same and even the AC remote was not working properly I here by requesting the OYO team to address this very badly and stop the business if you wish to continue like this. And take the necessary precautions to avoid those again .

The check in was seamless. However, the room is too cozy the pillows are very old and and timed out. There are wires hanging in the washroom. There is no geaser option available. TV is not working. Very unhappy with the stay.
