Worst service by front desk no soap no clean room smell bad AC not even work no extra Tavel My people don't come here, the worst place ever

It was good staying in abhi suits.Nice service given by them .Room and washroom are so neat.

Its a good budgeted hotel at Guntur at walking distance from guntur junction. Room & toilet is clean & also in your room breakfast is included check once. If you are going to stay at Guntur its a good option. You can order from outside also without any boundation.

Good location and Good rooms although they are small. Considering we pay extra for that better service and amenities when compared to other hotels - This one is definitely not worth that. They do not have an in-house restaurant nor do they have a tie-up with one. The staff here are not trained well and do not have time sense. Eg. They knock on doors/bell early in the morning asking if we need coffee/tea but fail to bring it even after 2 hours. What's the point then? For an outsider like me, it's difficult as they do not speak basic English. They ask if you whether would like to have food ordered but don't give you a menu. They just stare at you until you think and tell them what you want but they would anyway say "not available" to whatever you ask for. For the very few options available - they buy it from a shop nearby and give it to you. You have Swiggy/Zomato which is a saving grace. They claim they provide free breakfast but none of the offered items are available. They simply say sorry and get you a parcel with a 1-2 items from a local shop ( photos attached ) Sorry, I've travelled to so many places and have stayed at many Treebos but this surely is not. Disgrace to the brand #Treebo
