Hotel O Sea Coast Sunny Resort

I booked the room online but when I reached the hotel, he had sold the rooms to walk-in customers for higher prices and told me the rooms were not available and asked me to contact customer care for a refund. I had to look for alternative accommodation late evening and the customer care was also not very helpful. The person at the hotel was talking nonsense and had no courtesy for the situation he created. I also read the other reviews and seems like the owner or staff are least bothered about customer service. Completely money-minded and has no value for the money they are charging. The people who were already staying at the hotel were also regretting cleanliness and service when I met two of them outside the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay or book this hotel.

Worst attitude of the staff. Staff or caretakers seem uneducated, unprofessional, local goon type language. Rooms maintenance is poor. They offer non-AC room, though AC room is booked. Taps are not working, room cleaning , linen change, garbage collection is poor. They feel doing free service to guests. Staff is biggest negative of the property. Trained, professional staff is required. All booking apps should drop this hotel.

Worst hotel ever! At first we are denied at checkin that they will not provide AC room for the price that we have book through app, later i called facility manager and he did spoke to receptionist to check the price and later he denied saying same and asked me to call oyo and complain about situation. I did complain about the situation but for a surprise he did not attend my call or oyo team's despite calling 4 times, simply wasting our time and i asked the same raising my voice to receptionist saying i just spoke to him a min back and why don't he answer the call now, in between there are 5 staff people one of them came to me and started yelling its his wish wether he have to answer call or not, you have to keep calm and sit until he respond even its for an hour or more, later this escalated to area manager (oyo) then they accepted checkin for the same price. Staff literally seems like local goons they don't have respect to customers, they poke you if you are alone with your family.. Room show in oyo app is different and allocated room was different, room is not at all neat, AC remote is not working, bed have bugs and room is full of misquotes, water is salty as sea and list continues Book this hotel at your own risk I requested oyo to change my stay and they accepted but other stay doesn't have AC rooms, (this area is humid as its residing sea, everyone should go for AC if they are not habitual to humidity..!) i asked to refund the amount, they simply said its not possible as per their policy!!

Costing and Surrounding were good but there maintainence is not good Beedsheets were stinky and smelly Bathrooms were just OK...Not to Clean Swimming pool maintainence was low... If they can improve in all these segments, It will be one of the best stays at Bapatla.

Nice room .clean and tidy .king size bed sufficient for 3 people to sleep.one sofa and mini refrigerator is also available. Good service. Swimming pool available but separate charge of 200 rs per 1 hour per person. Parking place is sufficient.

Each villa had two portions, Each portion had 2 rooms and a small hall, each with a queen sized bed can accommodate two adults and a kid. They charge 2500-3000 per day for room during weekend. The online rates were not final they will charge you more once you reach there. The swimming pool is good but always filled with drunken people on mornings and nights. They will charge extra 200 per person to enter swimming pool. The water in washrooms were too salty to do bathing.

Worst experience ever, worst service. don't stay here. They will cheat you and loot your money if you booked online and you have payment confirmation. They will ask you for extra money then only they can allocate the room otherwise they simply say that no rooms are available. They charged extra 2000 rupees. Still we have booking confirmation. Cleaning is worst and water in bathrooms are dirty. Getting black colour water from Taps. They don't clean the room even. Getting bad smell in rooms. For swimming pool also they charge extra money 200+. No A/C working properly TV is also not working Please think twice before staying in this worst resort.

The service is not at all good. They don't even change the bedsheets between two different stays. Washrooms are not cleaned and the material in the washroom including water got electric shock because of earthing. TV was there as a decorative item, it was not working. Finally, a very very bad place to stay here. The price for a room per a day is too expensive with zero facilities. Forget about the swing pool and rain dance here. Stray dogs roam all time in the premises and the resorts people said that they come and sleep in the rooms. Lot of mosquitos are there and when asked the same,t he resorts people gave a free suggestion that close the windows and sleep. Please avoid this resorts and choose another one. Thank you.
