Visiting for the first time. Very well mannered staff, warm welcome at the reception. Clean and tidy rooms. Affordable costs. Paid 2,000 rs for the room. Google actually says 3,100 something and that is for the suits. Very thoughtfully developed property.

we took three rooms. service was very good ,and quick too. the boy named Uday did a good service. I will come again, thank you.

Disappointing Experience at Mahendra Elite . I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I regret to inform you that my experience with the receptionist was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I was taken aback by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the receptionist. Their language was faulty and their behavior was far from courteous. As a guest, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and politeness, which unfortunately was not the case. Furthermore, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. Despite multiple complaints to the reception, the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. This greatly affected my comfort and overall experience at your hotel. Additionally, I found the overall service to be subpar. The staff members were not attentive or proactive in addressing guest needs. Their lack of politeness and gentleness further added to my disappointment. I understand that every establishment can have its shortcomings, but it is crucial to address and rectify these issues promptly. As a guest, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail, which unfortunately was not met during my stay. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. To much of cost they charged....better to stay Nellore with affordable cost and best services. Train and bus facilities continuously available.

Only location good that it is in town.... but hotel housekeeping is worst.... they dont even change soap and water bottles.... worst experience for long stay 20 days... reception is also not good... if you want water then first they come to ur room and take money then give you water...same is in case laundry Edit after review: their receptionist are so bad that after giving review , they forced me to check out today as i have given low rating and in evening they started denying to give room key & telling that ur room already checkout. Then after arguments they give key & next day i checked out. Worst experience!

We have been staying this hotel in suit rooms and normal rooms for more than 20 days per month we are good customers for you since 2021 , even though your receptionist didn't behave well today, he didn't speak politely for daily customers like us, then we can assume how the normal guest will get 1. We haven't damaged anything 2. We usually get 10 percent discount and we asked the same but the way receptionist didn't respond properly 3. We haven't stay in the hotel during nights as well sometimes eventhough we paid for 24 hours Very very upset sure soon you will see the revenue graph will be fall down @Mahendra management

Hotel Mahendra Elite is a fabulous experience for me. If you are ready to pay a reasonable amount for a good stay in Gudur, then it's much more recommended. The location is very near from Gudur Railway Junction and APSRTC Gudur Bus Stand. The service over here is great. Very friendly, helpful, and polite staff. All the hotel premises are clean, neat, and tidy. They have their own parking as well with CCTV, where you can park your vehicles without any tension and enjoy your stay.

Rooms are neat and clean. Providing basic amenities. 24/7 service available. Mobile payments allowed. Easy to locate. Very near to Gudur Railway Station.
