It is best place to chill out with friends and family it is so peaceful place to visit. the resort has a best view of the fort for the rooms and best security surveillance and the rooms are so clean and garden is the best part of the place ..it is so refreshing to eyes with beautiful garden and very well maintained..so you also try to visit the place with family on holidays

1st of all it's not a resort!. Do not go with the name. Even the pictures of rooms will not tell you how dirty this place actually is. They have never maintained the room. The bathroom , sink and drain hasn't seen a brush wash till date after it got opened. Check the pictures I posted along with review. There was some work going on outside and too much dust in the room even the bedsheets smelt of dust. Not sure if it was fresh or few days old or used by others too. Coming to the facility/hospitality part, there was nothing provided in the room being it AC rooms. No toiletries ,no towel , no water bottle too. We had to buy from outside. And thank goodness we got a towel from home. Because after we kept asking the caretaker he said one room will get one towel only and took one towel from friends room and gave to us ! Table and chair was set up outside for dinner and they didn't even set it up and give us. Just kept the teapoy from room and we had to carry the chairs. We, 2 couples came here for the year end weekend. Opted their food inclusive price thinking there is nothing near by as good option. 2k pp with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a chicken curry with chapati , rice and pappu. Veg option had tomato pacchadi , rasam and curd. Totally waste of money if you take food package. Too spicy and oily even though it's homemade and I got tummy upset at night. Next day breakfast was not served there. We were asked to go to a hotel and there they said tea/coffee ,water was not included . We had to call Mr. Chalapathi again and add it to our food package. Only idli, poori and dosa were the options. After all these bad experience the caretaker came asking us for some tips. We didn't give any as the hospitality and service was so bad. Never recommending this place to any of our friends. First try to improve the service and keep the rooms clean and serve fresh bedsheets and towels. Basic needs are not even fulfilled after paying high price.

Water is polluted . We used water bottles for face wash. They separate charge for sticks for camp fire. Room is ok
